#PSYCHOTROPIC_THOUGHTS - SCRIPTING THE SUPER HOURS

            The problem was - I wasnt making the most out of my days! I remember there were endless experiences when I was sleeping for hours on end1 Those were the times when I was making very little progress [which was spending all the remaining time in watching shows like Seinfeld and Community with a hopeful face and getting inspiration which wasn't that worth BUT THEN AGAIN, because theres always a product if we put a reactant in the equation, so result was, improved vocabs and grammar skills!] so I just came up with this idea why not take few hours of my day and focus totally on what I wanted to get done in that day like beingcompletely, super into it?


            We all can assign our minds to their fullest use by just setting some hours aside from our daily schedules, when we would be totally, completely using our overall and every part of the smart cookie that we possess, i.e. brains, my dear friends! Then what was needed was redressing my daily schedule and improving over all the activities/skills that I was lacking behind in. Following is how to get started for studies, completing the homeworks given by your teachers, or any particular tasks that you have been trying to accomplish for weeks.
            When I had started using the 'super hours' mechanism I found myself again on level with my competitors for Oh! how much life is worth without others, my dear fellas. Before too, the tasks of my schedule were easy but I hadn't had the taste of the result for so long, so I kept procrastinating. We humans tend to remember the things better that we learn from practical experiments rather than by watching others. So, the super hours are, like helping ourselves cover the history syllabus in five hours on a given day by applying all our energy and efficiency for the same. Do not forget to distribute those studying or working hours for more than one day when you have time because the more time we spend in doing something so much better we get at performing them. Morning study is better for most of the people because there isnt much distraction around, only we, our books/works and our goals. I believe that my idea of super hours will help us better ourselves and become more efficient in our tasks. I was no longer the mediocre student but my mornings and evenings were now giving me a better chance to move further. I am sure if i keep using this method I will definitely reach great heights... someday... Below are tips which I think can help you in getting started. mayb - no lets first review them,

#1 FRESHEN UP
To be able to carry out any of the tasks need preparations. It differs from people to people the way of doing so, I had two schoolmates. Both were grand runners - one always prepared with his friends before matches and the second who didn't do much for them, And both showed their best performances.

#2 UNRIDDLE OR JUSTIFY VERBS/THOUGHTS BESIDE THE POINT LATER
We often are unable to do our tasks because of so many of irrelevant thoughts hovering in our minds that take huge amount of time to research upon so, its better to unriddle them in our leisure time.

#3 BE WELL-RESTED AND EATEN UP
Having a sufficient meal before beginning will help better do your work. But if you can try having huge meals after your important tasks coz a study suggests that we often need 10 to 30 minutes after meal to return to normal state, and also as hunger craves and challenges us to do our work better.

#4 BE ORGANIZED ABOUT GOALS
Its better to prepare a schedule or daily routine to make ourselves organized and to carry our works accordingly. I suggest updating the schedules at regular intervals like weekly, daily, etc. I try to make my schedule for the next day at the end of the day before sleeping for it gives me time for planning everything I thought to do the next day.

            I love getting up in the morning and reading languages because morning is the best time to dive into languages and its easier to remember things that we study in the morning. And other days I read novels or story books in the morning and get lost in their world because there's this serenity and silence in the morning enironment which never fails to capture the avid readers.             I set my super hours at mornings and evenings when I have only few small goals to accomplish and there isnt much distraction in the workplace. Exercising daily is important so I've included that too in my schedule. Best of luck for making yourselves a good schedule including super hours!
